Satu lagi kasus menyusul dan melengkapi upaya kriminalisasi perjuangan pembelaan hak adat atas tanah-tanah pesisir selatan Kebumen; bakal dimunculkan melalui  sidang Pengadilan Negeri Kebumen. Kasus yang awalnya berlabel penghinaan terhadap institusi TNI, dikembangkan jeratnya dengan pasal Kejahatan Terhadap Kekuasaan Umum. Sedangkan yang dijadikan tersangka dalam kasus ini adalah Aris Panji.
